Residents spend their final days surrounded by their loved ones, and the love of Mercy House staff and volunteers . The mission of Mercy House is to unconditionally accept each resident and ensure that they are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Residents receive quality care in a home-like environment that includes: 24-hour care as an alternative to nursing home, hospital or at-home care Private bedrooms with cable TV and telephone Home-cooked meals Chapel Open visiting hours for family and friends Take a virtual tour of Mercy House of the Southern Tier -- Memorial Scholarship Mercy House of the Southern Tier unveiled a memorial plaque and announced a memorial scholarship fund in memory of Sister Joanna Monticello. The Sister Joanna Monticello Memorial Scholarship will be awarded yearly. This memorial scholarship in her memory is an extension of her ministry to help those give back to the community in the spirit of social work. Date TBD. -- Join us Friday, August 28th at En-Joie Golf Club for the Mercy House Tony DelNero Memorial Golf Tournament. Tee Times available 8 to 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. Tee times are first come, first serve. Includes Golf, Cart, Skins, Gift & Food.
